1. What Data I Collect

I may collect and process the following types of personal data:

• Your name and email address (if you contact me via a form)

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device (via analytics tools, if enabled)

• Any other information you voluntarily provide

2. How I Use Your Data

Your data is used only to:

• Respond to messages you send via the contact form

• Record GBS for Schools sample lesson requests and school session enquiries, including your name, email, school, role and the session details you provide. The complete school sample lesson is awaiting upload; a request does not currently deliver a file. Optional GBS school updates consent is recorded separately and is not required to request a lesson. School-form email notifications are not yet enabled.

• Record requests for the free Gratitude-Based Sustainability classroom taster. I collect your email address, request date and your separately chosen newsletter preference. Downloads are provided immediately on the website; requesting the taster does not require newsletter consent.

• Record permission for Exemplify with Elizabeth Zion updates only when you tick the optional newsletter checkbox. This permission is separate from your taster request. You can request deletion or withdraw permission by contacting me using the contact form on this website. Newsletter delivery is not currently automated through this website.

• Improve the website’s performance and user experience (if analytics are enabled)

• Keep activity drafts created while the Teacher Hub activity tool was available. Their topics, selections and creation dates are retained privately for Elizabeth's quality review, are not published and are not made accessible to other teachers. To request removal, use the contact form and include the topic and approximate creation date, without student details.
